Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Business Coordinator/Finance Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing finances, human resources, payroll, fleet, information technology and systems, and marketing across multiple businesses.

Main Responsibilities
  • Generate and process invoices on time and within budget.
  • Manage all aspects of finance, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Provide administrative support to operational areas of the business, including project management, coordination, and implementation.
  • Coordinate stakeholder and client relationships, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Track and follow up on tasks, scheduling projects, bookings, and other administrative tasks to assist operations.
Key Requirements
  • A minimum of three years' experience working as a coordinator, project officer, or senior administrative role in a comparable field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong organization and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Advanced project management skills, with experience in coordinating and implementing large-scale projects.
  • A strong analytical and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with Xero or similar accounting software is highly desirable.
