Job Title: Experienced RTO Administration Officer

This is a part-time role that offers the opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the administration of an established Registered Training Organisation (RTO).

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced RTO Administration Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will have a minimum of five years' experience working in RTOs that deliver traineeships and apprenticeships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • General enrolments, results, and certificate issuance
  • Raising invoices through Xcelerate and Xero
  • Processing claims through CTF
  • Processing training plans and completions via WAAMS
  • Create and maintain student files in accordance with ASQA Compliance Guidelines
  • Assist with administration processes/support
  • Maintain all data entry to ensure records of course delivery, and course progression are accurately and professionally documented
  • Generate training plans
  • Generating and distributing certificates and statements of attainment

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum of five years' experience working in RTOs that deliver traineeships and apprenticeships
  • High level of written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
  • Knowledge of VET
  • Familiar with Xcelerate online learning portal
  • Knowledge and use of WAAMS, TAMS, and DTWD funding
  • Understanding of the construction industry is highly desirable
