About You:
You're an experienced Office Administrator who thrives on structure, order, and making things run like clockwork. With a proactive approach, you're confident in handling multiple priorities and providing high-level support, You're organised, adaptable, and someone who takes pride in attention to detail and communication skills.
You enjoy a fast-paced environment and can work both independently and collaboratively. Most importantly, you have a friendly and professional manner and a can do attitude.
Key responsibilities:
- Invoicing
- Purchase order processing
- Building and maintaining supplier and customer relationships
- Reconciliation of accounts
- Maintaining accurate accounts payable/accounts receivable ledgers
- General Administration duties-answering phone calls and emails
- Scheduling client bookings
- Managing fleet vehicles
- Organising subcontractors as required
We are looking for someone who has:
- 3+ years experience in office administration or similar role
- Proven proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, excel)
- Bookkeeping or invoicing experience (Xero desired but not essential)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong time management and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexible and willing to perform ad hoc tasks when required
Desirable Skills and Experience
- Experience in Tradify job management software is an advantage
- Preparing PAYG and BAS statements
Salary: Competitive, based on experience.
