
Assistant To Development Manager

Are you an energetic, detail-oriented professional with a passion for marketing, project support, and executive assistance? We're seeking a proactive EA to the Development Manager to play a key role across a range of exciting, multi-million-dollar projects.
This is a dynamic, hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys variety in their day-to-day. You'll be working closely with the Development Manager, providing both executive-level administrative support and end-to-end marketing coordination.
**Key Responsibilities**
**Executive Support & Administration**
- Coordinate meetings, manage schedules, and take minutes
- Prepare reports, briefs, and regular updates
- Maintain and update CRM records
- Track and monitor project timelines
**Marketing**
- Delivery of assets/collateral across multiple projects
- Coordinate on time and on budget delivery of all marketing campaigns
- Ownership of project brand and ensuring project's integrity
- Prepare and maintain each Project's digital advertising, including social media posts as needed and approved (e.g. Facebook/Instagram Campaigns, Google AdWords, etc)
- Coordination and booking of photographers, signboards, and other advertising material when required
- Assist in preparation of project marketing briefs and presentations
- Analyse and interpret data, and provide insights and recommendations into marketing strategies/weekly reports and updating marketing activities to improve results
- Provide marketing support on all digital platforms including website management and social media
- Create and schedule social media content
**Development & Project Support**
- Provide general project support as needed, liaising with internal and external stakeholders
- Help ensure project milestones and deliverables are tracked and met
**About You**
- Degree qualified in marketing, business, project management, or similar
- 2-3 years' experience in a marketing or project coordination role
- Energetic, bright, and highly focused
- Exceptional attention to detail and organisation
- Strong work ethic with a proactive, can-do attitude
- Tech-savvy with the ability to pick up new systems quickly
- Confident communicator and multitasker
