Responsibilities
Partner with business leaders, shape fit-for-purpose structures and roles, and provide expert data-driven insights that align the organisation's design with strategic priorities, digital transformation, regulatory reform and customer experience excellence.
Work with the Workforce Planning & Strategy team within People & Culture to deliver innovative organisational design solutions that drive transformation and improve service delivery across NSW.
Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in organisational design, workforce planning, or strategic HR within a complex organisation
Strong analytical and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate across diverse groups
Proven ability to use data and evidence to inform structural decisions and improve workforce outcomes
Proven ability to manage competing priorities and deliver high-quality outcomes in a dynamic environment
A collaborative mindset and a commitment to continuous improvement and innovation
