Overview

Senior Organisational Design Advisor role at NSW Department of Customer Service.

Base pay range: A$129,464.00/yr - A$142,665.00/yr. Employment type: Temporary up to 12 months, Full-time. Location: McKell, Parramatta or Gosford.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with business leaders, shape fit-for-purpose structures and roles, and provide expert data-driven insights that align the organisation's design with strategic priorities, digital transformation, regulatory reform and customer experience excellence.
  • Work with the Workforce Planning & Strategy team within People & Culture to deliver innovative organisational design solutions that drive transformation and improve service delivery across NSW.
Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience in organisational design, workforce planning, or strategic HR within a complex organisation
  • Strong analytical and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate across diverse groups
  • Proven ability to use data and evidence to inform structural decisions and improve workforce outcomes
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities and deliver high-quality outcomes in a dynamic environment
  • A collaborative mindset and a commitment to continuous improvement and innovation
