This is not your average UX role, and we're not looking for the average UX designer. We're looking for a strategic thinker who is happy switching contexts between planning and delivering. We want someone that will support our partner with our sales team and work with our clients to understand requirements and design experiences that are not only visually appealing but have the human touch. Someone who is commercially savvy and can comfortably operate in both a sprint or a marathon. A true chameleon that can adapt to any environment. A bit like a swiss army knife, with exposure and experience across research, product design, visual design and workshop facilitation and lead from discovery to delivery. A true navigator that can sail their way through ambiguous waters, untangling complexity, and helping clients chart their own course.

**Skills and Experience Summary**
- Experience in a consulting role or consulting environment
- Passion for digital products and services and using design to create effective solutions
- Deep experience across the UX Design spectrum - conducting customer & market research, prototyping and validating concepts, visual design & UI, facilitating and leading discovery workshops, presenting information and data, running design sprints
- Experience working with clients in a pre-sales context - understanding requirements, crafting value propositions, and contributing to sales proposal estimates
- Experience delivering product solutions and client outcomes within expected timeframes
- Experience working with design systems (Figma experience is preferred)
- Experience working with Data and AI/ML to create effective and user-centric designs and solutions
- Curious and growth-oriented mindset
- Pragmatic, solution-focused approach
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Strong influencing skills, with the ability to build foundational relationships and trust
- Comfortable navigating through ambiguity and leading others through ambiguity
