UX Designer - Higher Education | Digital Transformation

We're seeking an experienced
UX Designer
to join a major transformation program in the higher education sector. This role is all about improving how students and staff engage with a new digital platform, ensuring the experience is clear, accessible, and intuitive.

As part of a collaborative, agile team, you'll turn complex requirements into simple, meaningful designs that make a real difference for thousands of users.

What you'll do:

  • Conduct UX research to uncover pain points and guide design priorities.
  • Deliver wireframes, prototypes, and design artefacts that bring journeys to life.
  • Shape information architecture and content strategy to ensure clarity and consistency.
  • Collaborate closely with CX, content, BA, and development teams to deliver user-centric outcomes.

What you'll bring:

  • 3-5 years' UX design experience in large or complex digital projects.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating research and end-to-end design.
  • Proficiency in Figma and related design tools.
  • Solid knowledge of accessibility (WCAG) standards.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
