Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior UX Designer to lead our learning experience transformation by launching a brand-new Learning Management System.

This individual will play a pivotal role in planning, facilitation, and collaboration efforts while applying a broad spectrum of UX methodologies.

Main Responsibilities
  • Conduct insight-led design using research and insights during discovery and design.
  • Create detailed wireframes and interactive prototypes to test design concepts and user flows.
  • Plan and conduct usability testing sessions to uncover usability issues and validate design decisions.
  • Provide strong design leadership across key strategic projects.
  • Maintain, evolve, and enhance our design system.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective working relationships, engagement, and delivery.
  • Communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions to cross-functional teams.
About You (Requirements)
  • Experience in senior UX design roles with expertise across web and mobile platforms.
  • Strong portfolio of UX/design work with expert facilitation skills.
  • Proficiency in UX research, design, and execution methodologies.
  • Able to deliver customer-centric iterative product solutions.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical aptitude, and ability to manage competing issues under tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of Agile/Waterfall frameworks and experience with various Agile tools.
  • Decision-making ability using a DVF approach.
  • Effective written and verbal communication, presentation, and time management skills.
