**Role purpose**

The design team at Amused Group is an ever-growing, multi-disciplined group of product designers at various levels of experience. This role will require a level of leadership that helps us to develop and strengthen the existing team and identify and onboard new talent when required.

**The opportunity**
- You will make strategic and tactical UX decisions related to design and usability as well as features and functions
- You will brief and organise the senior design team, empowering them to do the same
- With assistance from the Design Director, you will collaborate with our product (& development) team
- You will facilitate product vision by researching, conceiving, sketching, prototyping and user-testing experiences for all products.

**Key selection criteria**

**Required experience**
- 6+ years of experience as a UX designer or Product Designer
- 2+ years of experience leading UX/UI design teams or similar.
- Demonstrated expertise in sharing and promoting collaborative design thinking across the entire business
- Experience with A/B testing, iteration, and fostering an environment where people can experiment and learn.
- Working knowledge of complex and iterative design systems.
- Wireframes, user stories, rapid prototyping.

**Who you are**
- Passionate about exemplary user experience and staying up-to-date with digital design standards and trends
- Can take the lead in design related workshops
- Proficiency in Figma (Sketch, Invision), Adobe CS, and/or any other prototyping tools.
- Creative flare and eye for designing beautiful aesthetics.
- Any previous wagering, free to play or video gamming experience would be helpful
- Sports/racing experience would also be very helpful.
