Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned UX UI Designer to lead our UX and UI activities for a new product. This challenging role involves conducting user research, testing, and delivering insights to ensure user needs align with requirements.

The successful candidate will work alongside a Product Manager, Tech Lead, BA, and Agile delivery team to create user workflows, wireframes, prototypes, and scalable UI components in a fast iterative prototyping environment.

This senior role requires experience in hybrid UX Research/UX/UI roles within government on digital products, eCommerce, SaaS, digital product design, and Agile methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • User research and testing
  • User experience and interface design
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams
  • Mentoring and coaching junior designers
