UX Designer - Higher Education | Digital Transformation
We're seeking an experiencedUX Designerto join a major transformation program in the higher education sector.
This role is all about improving how students and staff engage with a new digital platform, ensuring the experience is clear, accessible, and intuitive.
As part of a collaborative, agile team, you'll turn complex requirements into simple, meaningful designs that make a real difference for thousands of users.
What you'll do
Conduct UX research to uncover pain points and guide design priorities.
Deliver wireframes, prototypes, and design artefacts that bring journeys to life.
Shape information architecture and content strategy to ensure clarity and consistency.
Collaborate closely with CX, content, BA, and development teams to deliver user-centric outcomes.
What you'll bring
3-5 years' UX design experience in large or complex digital projects.
Strong portfolio demonstrating research and end-to-end design.
Proficiency in Figma and related design tools.
Solid knowledge of accessibility (WCAG) standards.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
