**Your New Role**

As part of the ICT Applications team, you will be responsible for providing skilled advice and technical support for future developments, projects, and administration of the core business systems environment. Your duties will include, but not be limited to:

- Provide End User support, that is both a positive experience and ensures business needs are met.
- Develop and maintain approved production BAS systems reports; particularly SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), including design, build, maintain and deploy complex reports and dashboards.
- Work with the wider team across projects, including with project support and project management. Support Business Applications landscape and workflow.
- Develop and maintain appropriate functional, technical, and procedural documentation.

**About You**
- Tertiary qualifications in computer sciences or similar
- Proven Oracle experience
- Industry specific certifications (SOA, OTBI, FRS, BI Publisher, Oracle Fusion) - desirable
- Technical exposure to Finance, CRM, Projects
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong stakeholder management, influencing, communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer focus
- Drivers License
- Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency
