**About the Role**:
A genuinely fascinating career opportunity for a competent Accounts Coordinator. My client is a fast-growing privately owned builder-developer based in South Eastern Suburbs.

As an Accounts Administrator, you will work within a busy team focussing on all accounts-related matters. Being super busy, they have several large-scale commercial projects across Metropolitan Melbourne.
- Your _
**_day-to-day tasks_**:

- will include, but are not limited to:_
- Sorting, filing & uploading invoices
- Responding to vendor queries and reconciliations
- Ensure relevant entries are accurately recorded
- Perform month-end duties such as accruals and balance sheet reconciliations
- Liaise with key stakeholders such as suppliers, subcontractors
- Manage supplier claims, PO approvals, remittance, queries & retention

**About You**:

- Prove track record in end-to-end Accounts Payable of at least two years
- Exposure to the construction industry would be highly desirable
- Ability to excel in a high-volume team environment & exceptional attention to detail
- An organised approach to work, including excellent time management skills and the ability to manage and achieve competing deadlines
- Excellent computer proficiency
