This company offers many opportunities if you are driven and eager to gain experience. As a Junior Contract Administrator, your primary responsibility will be supporting the contract administration function on residential and apartment developments in the southeastern region of Melbourne.
- Your _
**_day-to-day tasks_**:

- will include, but are not limited to:_
- Preparation of monthly cost-to-complete and progress claim forecasting
- Budget approving process, including programme, labour plan, and risk register
- Work closely with the Project Manager to resolve head & subcontract variation claims.
- Preparation, submission and approval of contract documents
- Assessment of subcontractor and supplier payment claims against cost-to-complete and process for payment promptly

**About You**:

- Relevant diploma/degree qualification in **Construction, Engineering, Architecture** or similar.
- Minimum 1 + years post-graduate experience in **Contract Administration** or equivalent.
- Construction experience in residential, commercial, apartments or similar projects in Australia.
- Sound understanding of the National Construction Code (NCC)
