**About the role**

As a valued member of the Impact Partnerships team, you will oversee a Major Gifts portfolio of WWF Australia's
**most high-profile** and
**generous friends and supporters**. You will play a crucial part in strengthening WWF's ability to achieve
**strategic objectives**, focusing on the generation and growth of sustainable major gift, trust and foundation and grants support. In addition, you will employ an
**authentic relationship style** to cultivate and steward
**long-lasting connections** for WWF.

Reporting directly to the Senior Philanthropy Manager, Major Gifts you will have the opportunity to grow your revenue development career in fundraising.

**Responsibilities**
- Manage and develop a portfolio of both prospects and existing donors across both major donors and trust and foundations
- Drive the full lifecycle of donor engagement (identification, research, cultivation, pre-solicitation, solicitation, negotiation, and stewardship)
- Support in the development of impactful and meaningful cases for support

**Your skills & Attributes**
- You will be a strong communicator (written & verbal) in corporate and personal settings
- Motivated to discover new potential HNWIs and nurture mutually beneficial relationships
- Demonstrated success in extended sales cycle settings, in a fundraising or commercial setting
- Excellent interpersonal, influencing and high-level networking skills and experience in building value-add relationships with a diverse range of people
- Highly competent in project management, data analysis and reporting utilising digital tools (e.g. CRMs)
- A commitment to ethical standards of behaviour with an ability to exercise good judgement and discretion A passion and commitment to the work of WWF
