We are currently looking for Process Definition and Development Professionals for to join our team on a permanent basis to support a range of Maritime projects working above the line and help the deliver the latest in technology to the Australian Navy.
These roles will require a security clearance (NV1 or higher). The team will consist of a number of roles at varying levels, the roles are:

- Strategic Process Development Advisor
- Senior Process Writers
- Process Development Writers

These roles will play a key part in the success of the project. We are looking for multi-skilled, flexible, hardworking people who are keen to grow their career within a leading Defence supplier.

**What will I be doing day to day?**
- Project Planning and reporting
- Develop a suite of supporting processes for the project team
- Develop standardised processes, procedures, and work instructions in a consistent and repeatable format
- Ensure ISO 9001 and ISO55001 compliance
- Liaise with key stakeholders including management, staff, customers, contractors and other organisations.
- Data management and analysis of KPI's
- Develop supporting material and training guidelines

**What sort of skills do I need?**
- Experience within the Defence industry
- Process development and writing experience
- Experience in project management
- Strong communication skills
- Experience working on projects
- Process orientated with good attention to detail
- Minimum NV1 security clearance and be able to upgrade if required (Must be an Australian citizen)
