This is an excellent opportunity to join a Financial Service Co. as their Process Analyst and help them improve the process for their Employees and Customers.

Working within the Customer Experience team, you will be responsible for facilitating process improvement workshops. Working with key stakeholders to ensure requirements are gathered and documented to deliver the future state.

Key responsibility:

- Streamline end-to-end processes to deliver quantifiable value for the future state
- Use data and data analysis to support recommended changes
- Identify and drive the resolution of process inefficiencies, issues, and risk
- Assess potential change impacts on the business processes arising from changes identified
- Work with business to lead the planning, definition, development, and delivery of end-to-end process documentation
- Project delivery using Six Sigma methodology.
