We are seeking a skilled Operations Process Manager to join our team. As an Operations Process Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support Leadership Teams: Collaborate with leadership teams to ensure that all necessary tools, processes, and data are in place to support business objectives.
  • Primary Stakeholder for GTM Systems: Act as the primary stakeholder for key Go-To-Market systems like Gainsight and Opine.
  • Renewals Leadership: Work closely with Renewals Leadership to ensure accurate forecasting and good forecast hygiene.
  • Process Definition: Define scalable and repeatable processes for post-sales experience.
  • Process Adaptation: Document and adapt processes to align with evolving customer journeys.
  • GTM Quota Models: Manage GTM quota models and track leading indicators of retention.
Qualifications
  • Experience: 4+ years in Technical Account / Customer Success Operations and/or Renewal Operations.
  • Industry Experience: Experience working for high-growth software/SaaS company.
  • Skills: Prior experience in managing post-sales workflows and renewals forecasting.
  • Certifications: Knowledgeable in project management and process definition.
  • Presentation Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
