Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to support the development of portfolio definitions, manage stakeholder inputs, and communicate results.

The successful candidate will have experience in data administration or project administration, a passion for learning new systems, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

This is an opportunity to work with a dynamic team that drives digital strategy and alignment across NSW Government.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Supporting the development of annual portfolio definition cycles and delivery plans, including managing stakeholder inputs and communicating results.
  • Providing expert advice and recommendations to customers and stakeholders on portfolio issues and priorities.
  • Maintaining collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders through effective communication and negotiation.
  • Conducting business process reviews and contributing to business process development.
