Provision of Process Definition and Improvement Services to Support CN41 Schedule including:

  • Develop a suite of supporting processes which enable optimisation of the Maritime Sustainment Model across the Maritime Sustainment Division Enterprise
  • Develop standardised processes, procedures, and work instructions in a consistent and repeatable format across the enterprise within the Holocentric Business Management System tool for:
  • Maintenance
  • Supply Support
  • Engineering
  • Asset Management
  • Commercial
  • Workplace Health Safety & Environment
  • Ensure developed processes are compliant with ISO9001 and ISO55001

Collaborate with policy authorities to ensure currency and alignment with processes
