The Role

Our vibrant village team are currently seeking a positive, customer-focused and experienced Administrator to provide friendly and efficient support our village, on a permanent part time basis, in a job-share arrangement (working Thursdays and Fridays).

For the initial few weeks, you will be required to be working full-time hours (Monday-Friday) for onboarding and training. Ideally you will have the flexibility to work more days when required to cover staff annual leave.

The key focus of the role will involve assisting the village team with village safety, contractor SWMS reviews, Village Safety Assurance and maintaining of our contractor procurement data base.

About You

For this role, you will have excellent diligence and organisational skills, coupled with the ability to work autonomously to complete tasks. Your strong customer service skills will allow you to effectively consult with our residents and visitors. Personal and team success will motivate you.- Proven administration experience.- Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Publisher) and pick up new systems.- Ability to communicate effectively with various internal and external stakeholders - including subcontractors.- Willingness to learn and professionally develop.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- A professional, initiative-taking and can-do attitude.
