Job Title

We are seeking an organised and motivated team player to join our administration team in Logan Village, Nerang.

The successful candidate will be responsible for opening and closing the centre at the beginning and end of each workday, greeting patients and responding to their enquiries, and assisting service providers with appointment bookings, payments processing, accounts billings/reconciliation/receivables/payables.

Additional responsibilities include ordering and storage of office, stationary and service provider stock and items, as well as maintaining general centre facilities, including dusting/vacuuming, washing machine/dryer use, towel hanging and bin emptying.

Requirements
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and customer service skills.
  • A strong attention to detail and ability to empathise with patients.
