Part-Time Administrative Support Role

This role presents an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a supportive environment. As an experienced administrator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to residents, families, and visitors.

  • Support the resident move-in process and ongoing village communications.
  • Assist with organising community events and activities.
  • Provide administrative support to senior team members.
  • Handle billing, accounts payable, and general recordkeeping.

To excel in this role, you will require:

  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office (SharePoint and D365 experience is advantageous).
  • Ability to work effectively within a close-knit team.
  • A genuine passion for supporting older Australians.
