Tri Care Runaway Bay is looking for an Assistant Village Manager to support the daily operations of our vibrant retirement village.
This role offers the chance to make a meaningful difference while developing your career in a supportive, purpose-driven environment.
What You'll Do
a) Support the Village Manager with day-to-day operations and staff supervision
b) Help foster a respectful, welcoming and engaging environment for residents
c) Assist with sales, marketing and resident admissions
d) Oversee budgets, maintenance and compliance requirements
e) Lead, motivate and support a dedicated team
f) Step up and cover the Village Manager's duties while on leave
g) Assisting in the coordination of village events and functions
What We're Looking For
a) At least 2 years' experience in a management role
b) Strong administration and communication skills
c) A proven commitment to customer service excellence
d) First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
e) Experience in retirement living (desirable but not essential)
f) A practical understanding of WH&P procedures/administration an advantage
