**The opportunity**:
To manage the complete training process for the Maintenance Department including the administration, maintenance of systems, filing, data management, and auditing of training and training documentation for the group, and also ensuring compliance across all parks.
Developing and maintaining relationships with external training vendors, vendor management, coordination of training dates and arranging VRTP attendees, maintaining file training documentation and data management.
**Day to day**:
- Select and engage external training providers to deliver training for the Maintenance Department.
- Coordinate the booking of individuals and groups training sessions and the follow up to ensure training attendance.
- Manage the Learning Management System and training reports.
- Maintain and file accurate training records, update document registers and generate reports.
- Work effectively within the maintenance department, liaising with all staff levels with regard to technical training and training documents.
- Collate and prepare documents and reports for review and/or audit purposes.
**What you’ll bring**:
- Experience with document control and general administrative tasks.
- Ability to build quality working relationships with technical trainers, vendors, supervisors and other technical services staff.
- Intermediate/Advanced computer skills, with competency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point, & Adobe products) essential.
- Ability to work under pressure, multi-task and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong time management and organisational skills, with an attention to detail & ability to work autonomously.
- Experience with using web-based servers & filing systems such as SharePoint, would be an advantage but not essential.
- Experience with using SAP would be an advantage but not essential.
