**The opportunity**:
Lead and drive efficiencies in all areas of the warehouse administration and inventory processing in order to accurately service the warehouse stockholdings.

***Your day to day**:

- Assist in processing all Invoices, Packing Slips, Purchase Orders and investigate and rectify any anomalies.
- Ensure the accuracy of the warehouse stock holdings are maintained in SAP. Drive efficiency across all areas of stock accounting of the warehouse.
- Perform stocktakes at any warehouse and assist supervisor in finding reasons for discrepancies.
- Ensuring all data entry is recorded in the system correctly. Produce end of month reports.
- Run weekly/monthly reports on any slow moving goods across all warehouses.
- Assist Logistics Manager with all aspects of staff administration requirements. Complete WFP administration if requested.

**What you’ll bring**:

- High level of communication, data entry and prioritising skills.
- Strong computer skills in word, excel and in managing a database.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Industry experience in warehousing and logistics preferable.
- Strong SAP knowledge is required.
- Forklift License is advantageous.
