Recoveries Consultant

We are expanding our Recoveries function and are seeking an experienced Recoveries Consultant to join our Motor claims Team. With exciting plans to uplift our recoveries capability, this role will suit someone who is outcome driven, thrives on achieving results, and wants to be part a team committed to delivering industry leading recovery outcomes.

**_What are my accountabilities? _**
- Proactively manage a portfolio of motor claims recoveries, ensuring all files are progresses efficiently and in line with company and client expectations
- Actively identify and pursue recovery prospects across insurers, third parties, and their representatives
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders
- Work towards set recovery and performance targets, providing updates on progress and highlighting opportunities for process improvements
- Ensure all recovery activities comply with legislative, regulatory, and company standards while maintaining accurate documentation and system records
- Deliver a professional and empathetic approach when dealing with customers and stakeholders

**_About you _**:

- Proven Recoveries expertise, with a track record of achieving results
- Property recovery experience would be highly regarded, but not essential
- Confidence to hit the ground running, take ownership, and make decisions
- Skilled negotiator who knows how to get the best outcome while keeping relationships professional
- Resilience, focus, and an ability to manage a fast-moving, high volume portfolio
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated organisational and time management skills and
- The ability to work independently and within a team
