About the Role

You will play a key role in supporting employees through injury recovery and return-to-work processes as a Workplace Recovery Specialist. This requires strong relationship-building skills and the ability to navigate a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.

You will work closely with employees, medical professionals, insurers, and internal stakeholders to ensure that injury management and return-to-work strategies are implemented effectively.

A background in occupational rehabilitation, case management, or return-to-work coordination will be highly regarded.

Responsibilities
  • Support early intervention and return-to-work programs for injured employees.
  • Work closely with doctors, insurers, and internal teams to facilitate recovery.
  • Ensure timely processing of claims and injury-related documentation.
  • Assist with developing and coordinating graduated return-to-work plans.
  • Provide coaching and training to managers on injury management best practices.
  • Maintain compliance with workers' compensation policies and legal requirements.
  • Support injured workers with ongoing consultation and guidance throughout recovery.
