This role is pivotal in elevating the practice and quality standards of Homelessness and Community Supports services across the North and West Division.
Key Responsibilities- Provide expert guidance on complex cases to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Identify and escalate potential risks, while supporting staff through reflective practice, case reviews, secondary consultations, and training initiatives.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of evidence-based, culturally responsive, and trauma-informed practices that prioritize service excellence.
- Support the growth and development of the workforce in recovery and inclusion.
- Collaborate with regional leadership teams to enhance methodologies and service innovations.
- Engage regularly with teams face-to-face across the region to foster effective communication and collaboration.
- Expertise in case management and complex problem-solving.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with trauma-informed care and culturally responsive practices.
