Rehabilitation Consultant

This role is a pivotal opportunity to empower individuals in their recovery journey.

We are seeking talented professionals to join our Rehabilitation team at Recovre, a national rehabilitation provider delivering exceptional workplace rehabilitation, injury management, and wellbeing services.

The successful candidate will be based in Melbourne in a flexible hybrid working environment (post probation) and will work with clients to support recovery after injury or illness across all personal injury schemes.

As a Rehabilitation Consultant, you will be at the forefront of empowering injured clients to thrive, guiding them through their rehabilitation journey with innovative support and solutions that make a lasting difference.

  • Actively manage your client portfolio with commitment and care
  • Establish collaborative partnerships with clients and stakeholders so you can work through challenges and achieve safe and sustainable outcomes
  • Conduct a range of vocational and non-vocational assessments
  • Contribute to our safe and supportive workplace culture where all colleagues feel appreciated and valued

Qualifications as an Occupational Therapist, Exercise Physiologist, Physiotherapist, Chiropractor, Osteopathy, Speech Pathologist, Podiatrist, Paramedic, Rehabilitation Counsellor or Psychologist are essential. Registration with AHPRA, ESSA (AEP), ASORC, RCAA, SPA, PBA, OBA, OTBA, MBA or CBAA is also required. A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle are necessary for this role.
