Join Macquarie Business School as a Student Lifecycle Administrator Support post-experience students & improve services in a dynamic role.
- Salary Package: $83,580 to $95,029 per annum (HEW Level 5) on a pro-rata basis, plus 17% superannuation and annual leave loading.
- Appointment Type: Part-time (three days per week), fixed-term parental leave cover until 16 February 2026.
- Location: Based at Wallumattagal campus, North Ryde
The Role
As the Post-Experience Student Lifecycle Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting students and staff at Macquarie Business School (MQBS) throughout their post-experience journey. Reporting to the Student Administration Team Lead (Post Experience), you will contribute to enhancing service delivery, improving the student experience, and ensuring smooth administrative processes.
In this dynamic role, you will process student administration transactions, resolve enquiries, and prepare key reports to support decision-making and continuous improvement. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to initiatives and projects aimed at optimizing processes and delivering exceptional service to our students and stakeholders. This includes:
- Provide expert advice and administrative support to students and staff regarding MQBS post-experience courses, policies, systems, and processes.
- Process and review student administration transactions across the post-experience student lifecycle.
- Respond to and resolve enquiries, ensuring a high level of service, or escalate as needed. - Collect, analyze, and report on data related to student administration and activities to inform decisions and improve services.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of initiatives to enhance the quality and efficiency of administrative processes.
- Participate in and provide support for key projects as required.
- Ensure compliance with professional standards, EEO, WHS regulations, and university policies.
