Student Lifecycle Support Specialist

We're seeking a motivated and detail-oriented professional to support the full student lifecycle-from application to graduation-for students enrolled through Partner Colleges, Local Church Colleges (LCCs), and VET Third Party arrangements.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and has a genuine interest in supporting student success.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Process student applications, enrolments, withdrawals, and other administrative requests
- Coordinate quarterly meetings with VET Third Party providers
- Share application and enrolment data with Partner College and LCC liaisons
- Assist Finance with preparing payment reports for Partners and HE LCCs each semester
- Respond to enquiries from faculty, facilitators, and stakeholders
- Configure and maintain student records in the Quercus student management system
- Assist with graduation processing
