  • Process student applications, enrolments, withdrawals, and other administrative requests.
  • Coordinate quarterly meetings with VET Third Party providers.
  • Share application and enrolment data with Partner College liaisons.
  • Assist Finance with preparing payment reports for Partners each semester.
  • Respond to enquiries from faculty, facilitators, and stakeholders.
  • Configure and maintain student records in Quercus, including setting up fees, courses, and grades.
  • Assist with graduation processing, including assessing completions and preparing certificates.
