About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Student Services Officer & Administration to join our Sydney campus. This role is critical in providing friendly, informative, and quality customer service to our students and stakeholders as well as supporting the overall delivery and management of our programs.
This role is responsible for:
- Assisting with variations of enrolments, including issuing offer letters and enrolment documents when required.
- Collaboration on administrative duties associated with the student lifecycle, including orientation, enrolment, and graduation when required.
- Monitoring and updating student records on relevant databases.
- Issuing official documents, such as letters, certificates, transcripts, and others, as well as updating internal records in the student management system when required.
- FOLLOWING policies and internal procedures to assist with student enrolment variations.
- Liaising with other Student Services Officers and managers at our Melbourne and Perth campuses.
- Participating in the overall continuous improvement of the department.
