Senior Qualitative Researcher
Job Description:
As a senior qualitative researcher, you will be responsible for leading projects and delivering high-quality research insights to our clients. You will work closely with the project team to develop and implement research strategies, conduct fieldwork, and analyze data.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement research strategies to meet client needs
Conduct fieldwork, including interviews and focus groups
Analyze data and provide actionable insights to clients
Lead project teams and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in qualitative research
Requirements:
6+ years of experience in qualitative research, preferably in an agency or commercial environment
University degree in a relevant field, such as research, marketing, psychology, or social science
Excellent knowledge of insights and project areas, including brand and communication development and testing, innovation, and NPD
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and outside the box
Ability to lead projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams
