We have an several exciting opportunities for a Business Services Coordinators with experience across bids and proposals, to join one of our key business units in Sydney. Roles are available in our core areas such as Transport, Built Environment and our Advisory team
The Sydney office is based in the heart of the CBD with excellent transport links, and has a fantastic culture of collaboration and support throughout.
The opportunity

marketing and communications skillset, that are passionate about quality, collaboration and excellence. This role offers great opportunities for you to demonstrate fresh ideas on how to effectively support quality bids, submissions and communications for our clients and the team around you. Working with the Sector Leader, and in collaboration with our wider APNA team, you will be focused on front line delivery and ensuring our marketing collateral is industry-leading. Along with this marketing and communications focus for our growing Sector team, you will manage the workflow of all business and project documentation for the sector, and support the wider team when there's a need, such as hosting client events and award submissions. This role will challenge and strengthen your skills with variety and autonomy whilst working closely within a supportive and established team.
- What can you bring to this role?
- Experience or exposure to bid writing and proposals, preferably in a multidisciplinary engineering, construction or infrastructure environment
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, navigating the collation of medium to complex documents in a fast-paced environment
- Intermediate to advanced experience in InDesign, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Significant client and customer service experience, including working with multiple stakeholders
- A balance of creativity with exceptional organisational and time management skills.
- Be a steady anchor for the team in a deadline-driven environment
- A team player focused on best outcomes for business
