Proposal Coordinator Role Summary:
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the proposal management process and be able to coordinate multiple stakeholders to ensure timely submission and quality delivery. Experience in infrastructure projects and managing complex client structures is highly valued.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage proposals from receipt to submission, ensuring all necessary documents are complete and at the required standard.
- Liaise with technical and commercial teams to develop proposal deliverables and coordinate stakeholder involvement.
- Track proposal status and document progression through the process.
- Implement systems and processes to ensure proposals meet required standards.
- Chair relevant meetings, prepare agendas, meeting minutes, and distribute conclusions.
- Collate and submit proposal documentation to internal and client requirements.
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role, preferably within infrastructure projects.
- Demonstrated understanding of bid function and proposal management processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
