Job Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced Bid Proposal Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of working in bid teams and writing proposals, with excellent communication skills and the ability to interpret tender documentation.

The role involves:

  • Developing documents in accordance with industry standards
  • Reviewing and interpreting tender documentation
  • Estimating costs for labour, materials, and subcontractors
  • Liaising with customers and suppliers to clarify technical and commercial requirements
  • Driving competitive pricing through data-driven analysis

The ideal candidate will have qualifications in Engineering, Estimation, or Project Management, and experience working in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment. A good understanding of Australian and international engineering/manufacturing standards is essential.
