Job Title: Bid Coordinator

Description:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Bid Coordinator to join our team in Sydney. This hybrid role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with a strong background in bid writing and public sector procurement.

The successful candidate will be responsible for crafting clear, compelling, and compliant proposals that reflect our value proposition. This involves close collaboration with subject matter experts and technical teams to develop tailored content for EOIs, RFPs, and capability statements. The role also entails maintaining a library of reusable content and case studies, as well as supporting internal processes that ensure quality and consistency across submissions.

This is a high-impact role with visibility across the business and strong potential for career growth.

Responsibilities:
  • Write and edit persuasive content for EOIs, RFPs, and capability statements.
  • Ensure alignment with client requirements and our strategic messaging.
  • Tailor responses to reflect technical input and project experience.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a proposal writing or bid management role.
  • Strong understanding of public sector procurement and tendering processes.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines and deliver high-quality content under pressure.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A collaborative team player with a proactive, can-do attitude.
