Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for supporting strategic recruitment efforts to attract and retain top talent.

This role involves working closely with the Workforce Alignment team to provide recruitment-related guidance and efficient administrative services. You will leverage cutting-edge recruitment platforms to contribute to effective talent acquisition strategies and assist with drafting and posting job ads across various platforms.

Additionally, you will coordinate internal and industry meetings, support recruitment events, and gather information on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

Requirements:
  1. Post secondary education in Human Resources, Recruitment or related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  2. Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.
  3. Proven track record of successfully attracting and retaining top talent.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
