**Job Description**:
Tattarang are seeking an experienced ESG / Sustainability professional to support our business as it continues to focus and drive ESG performance.

The successful Sustainability/ESG Specialist will have a passion for sustainable development with a strong focus on conducting business with integrity.

We're looking for someone who can think differently, is willing to challenge current approaches to sustainability, and is focussed on delivering positive social and environmental outcomes.

Duties include:

- Work with the Responsible Investment Lead, to integrate ESG factors into decision-making and provide advice and support to the operating businesses to lift sustainability performance across the portfolio
- Support the design, development, and implementation of a broad range of ESG strategies and targets
- Monitor and report on sustainability performance across investments, undertake benchmarking activities and identify areas of focus

**Qualifications**:
You will bring to the role:

- Tertiary qualifications in sustainability or related field
- 3-5 years of sustainability experience across a diverse range of sectors, with consulting experience considered favourably
- Strong working knowledge of sustainability frameworks and standards (e.g., SASB, TCFD, GRI, SFDR,
)
- Demonstrated experience driving sustainability outcomes
- Experience in human rights, modern slavery, climate change, biodiversity, circular economy, indigenous participation, or diversity and inclusivity
- Strong numerical and analytical skills, with good attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
