Graduate ESG Consultant

Kick-start your sustainability career helping businesses measure, report and improve their ESG performance. You'll join a values-led cleantech team, get hands-on client exposure, and grow fast as we scale across Australia and into the ASEAN market.
What you'll do- Analyse ESG data (energy, emissions, water, waste) and build GHG inventories (Scopes 1, 2, 3).
- Support materiality assessments, stakeholder engagement and decarbonisation roadmaps.
- Draft and polish disclosures (e.g., ISSB/IFRS S1–S2, TCFD, GRI/SASB).
- Research suppliers and sustainability initiatives; prepare client-ready insights and visuals.
- Contribute to proposals, presentations and project delivery with senior consultants.
- Recent degree in Environmental Science/Engineering, Sustainability, Commerce/Finance, or similar.
- Strong analytical skills (Excel or data tools), clear writing, and keen attention to detail.
- Familiarity with ESG concepts/frameworks (coursework or internships welcome).
- Curiosity, initiative, and comfort working in a fast-moving team.
- Authorisation to work in Australia (Australian citizenship, permanent residency, or valid work visa)
- Mentoring, structured training and support toward professional accreditation.
- Meaningful client work from day one and a clear growth path.
