An ambitious leader within warehouse automation solutions, our client has presented an exciting Project Safety Coordinator opportunity for an immediate start, based onsite in Swanbank, West Brisbane, to execute a high-complex F&B project on a 12-month contract.

**About The Role**
As a key player in the Project and Construction Team, you will work closely with the Builder, Client, Project Manager and Site Manager, to;
- Deliver high quality and hands-on safety information, implementation and advice to a specific construction site
- Ensure compliance with all legislative requirements
- Guiding and mentoring staff to be able to improve the safety culture
- Work with the safety requirements throughout the construction and installation journey
- Participate in safety aspects of policy development within the ANZ business
- Conduct independent safety inspections and risk assessments and instruct others to conduct these
- Prepare and deliver monthly WHS&E reports and as required
- Prepare and deliver Toolbox Talks as required
- Manage and participate in the induction of new staff in relation to the site

**Your Skills, Experience and Qualifications**
Essential;
- Cert IV in Work, Health & Safety or equivalent
- Site Safety experience within a construction and/or production project environment
- Influential interpersonal skills for relationship development and driving the project
- High attention to detail

Desirable;
- Complex Automated Warehousing project delivery
- Problem solving ability to deliver safety improvements
- Show energy, initiative and proven ability to think and act independently and take ownership of the role, achieving safety standards & goals
- Have a mindset of continuous improvement and a passion to contribute to change

**What's in it for You**
A market-competitive base day-rate + super for an 8-10 hour day. You can use your own ABN and insurances if you wish, but it's not necessary - we can cover this.
