Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Coordinator to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and a demonstrated commitment to safety, quality, environment, and customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain project documentation, including ITPs, checklists, and QA records
  • Coordinate project progress trackers and schedules with the site team and project manager
  • Assist with maintaining site safety documentation and coordinating electronic copies
  • Control and maintain drawing registers and coordinate Plant & Equipment registers
  • Implement and maintain site documentation control
  • Perform general office administration duties

What We Need From You:

Able to work closely with the site team and project manager, ensuring all project documentation is up-to-date and accurate. Strong organizational and time management skills are essential for this role.
