About the Position:

  • Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of HVAC systems, ensuring compliance with project specifications and safety protocols.
  • Coordinate daily site operations, manage subcontractors, and allocate resources to meet project timelines and deliverables.
  • Conduct on-site inspections and quality assurance checks to ensure adherence to design and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with project teams, engineers, and other stakeholders to address challenges and maintain open communication.
  • E nsure site safety practices are upheld, including adherence to safety regulations and conducting risk assessments.

Your Qualifications:

  • 5+ years experience in HVAC Site Management in Australia.
  • HVAC trade qualification.
  • Experience working with large-scale commercial projects valued up to $10m mechanical value.
  • Strong subcontractor and client management skills, and the ability to manage OH&S and all relevant project documentation and reporting.
