Job Title: Healthcare Project Coordinator

Job Description

The role of the Healthcare Project Coordinator will be to support the strategic objectives of our organization. This involves developing and coordinating activities related to older people's health, aged care and palliative care.

This position will primarily have a dual focus on 1) implementation of The Aged Care On-site Pharmacist Measure (ACOP) in residential aged care homes (RACH), and 2) the coordination of the engagement and support for Allied Health sector in Western NSW.

The role will involve coordination with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the successful planning and delivery of both projects.

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience in project management, including creating and managing project timelines.
  • Experience working in and/or knowledge of the aged care, primary care, and community pharmacy and or allied health sectors.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with well-developed written communication skills including writing project reports and management briefings and development of project materials.
  • Demonstrated understanding of Aboriginal culture including a commitment to cultural awareness and safety.
  • Capacity to travel within western NSW; hold a current driver's licence.
