**About Capral**

Capral is Australia's largest extruder and a leading distributor of aluminium products. With approximately 1000 employees spread across the nation in manufacturing plants, distribution centres and offices, we offer great variety and room for movement.

**About the Role**

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Autonomously plan and manage major project orders to delivery.
- Track material movements.
- Provide status reports; and attend meetings to communicate concerns or delays.
- Establish and maintain plans for projects including warranty documentation and assurance letters, scope, size, and timelines in consultation with internal and external stakeholders.
- Accurate and prompt entry of sales orders, ensuring total orders are kept to a manageable level.
- Ensure telephones are answered in line with KPM's/KPI's or agreed targets.
- Understand pricing and maintain a good knowledge of Capral's product range and services.
- Provide quotations to customers within price guidelines and follow up.
- Coordinate customer complaints and follow up with corrective action and communicate to customers.

**About You**

You will be a self-motivated customer service specialist who enjoys working in a high-performance culture. To be considered applicants **MUST** have:

- Project coordination experience in a similar role. Aluminium industry experience is highly desirable.
- The ability to express themselves clearly and concisely in verbal and written communication.
- Details orientated with strong organisational skills to oversee projects.
- Advanced computer literacy in MS suite and SAP (highly regarded).
- Ability to travel (if required).
