Our client is looking for an efficient and organised **Project Coordinator**to manage various administrative, operational and project-related tasks.

**About the Role**:

- Archerfield, QLD_
- 6-month contract_
- $45.83 per hour + plus penalties_
- Monday to Friday | 8am - 5pm_

**You will be responsible for**:

- Managing purchase orders, invoices, timesheets and contractor memos
- Coordinating staff schedules, inductions, travel arrangements and facilities tickets
- Tracking overtime, managing budgets and overseeing POs and accruals
- Assisting with project management meetings, toolbox talks and risk register discussions
- Maintaining up-to-date staff records, including leave registers, emergency evacuation lists and sign-in sheets
- Managing SharePoint sites, communications, and supporting training and deployment planning
- Ordering uniforms, safety equipment, stationery and catering

**What We're Looking For**:

- Strong organisational and time management skills
- High attention to detail and the ability to prioritize effectively
- Confidence in managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with Adobe Sign and Microsoft Office Suite
- The ability to pass a pre-employment medical
