**About the role**

Working closely with our site team and project manager, you will be the main point of contact to assist the project manager resolve issues, deliver processes and solutions, and ensure that all project documentation is actioned and up to date.

**What you'll do**
- Maintain ITPs, checklists and quality (QA) documentation
- Maintain 'Aconex Field checklists', tasks and defects
- Coordinate and maintain project progress trackers and schedules
- Maintain site safety documentation and coordinate electronic copies
- Assist with 3DSS and HammerTech site safety induction documentation and procedures
- Control and maintain drawing registers
- Coordinate Plant & Equipment register and maintain electronic copies to the company server
- Ensure the site documentation 'Control' is implemented and maintained
- General office administration duties
